Thank you for visiting my website.  Let me tell you a little about me and why I am here.  My husband , Ray, and I  (and our dog Patches) moved to Hot Springs Village in January 2003 after our last daughter was college educated and married.  Whew!  We had first visited the Village in July of 1998 during a family reunion.  We absolutely fell in love with the Village.  Ray loved the wonderful golf courses and I loved the mountains and trees.  We had spent the majority of the past 20 years in Corpus Christi, Texas, so having trees and mountains was quite a change.   We started looking around Texas for a place to retire, but kept remembering the beauty of Hot Springs Village.  In January 2001 we bought a townhouse and would come every chance we had.  Finally, we were able to move here permanently.   Since moving here, Ray has definitely improved his handicapp and we are enjoying living on Lake Coronado.

Before moving to "heaven on earth" I was in banking .  I worked  at Frost Bank in Corpus Christi, Texas for 23 years, the last two as Senior Vice President of Sales. I knew that I didn't want to be in banking for the next 25 years,  so real estate seemed to be a natural new career.  Selling real estate has been so much fun for me.  I see the same excitement in my client's eyes that I experienced (and still do) at the thought of being a part of the Village.  I've also made some really good friends through my business. My mission statement is 'Delivering exceptional service with honesty and integrity.'  I do my best to live up to this statement both in my business and personal life.  In 2004 I was named Agent of the Month for the months of February and September.   Not bad for a rookie!
In 2005 I was named the Top Sales Achiever and received the Plantinum Award with a total volume of over $6 million.  In 2006 and 2007 I received the Gold Award, in 2008, the Silver Award.  I do believe I have found my niche.
