There are two school districts located outside the Village. Jessieville and Fountain Lake. Jessieville School District, K-12th grade has an excellent student teacher ratio of 14-1. Recently the school has built a state-of-the-art science lab and an 11,000 square foot secondary library. Also, a new sports arena with a 1,500 seat gymnasium, weight training and cheerleading rooms, racquetball courts, walking track and PE facility. Fountain Lake, K-12th grade, offers fine arts programs that are highly recognized in the community. The high school band regularly received outstanding ratings. Art, graphic arts and drama are also offered.
